Lain tulisan, lain pula tes lisan.
Terlepas dari teknik dan cara belajar bahasa yang ideal, jika sobat semua ingin berlatih tes tulis berbentuk pilihan ganda dari suatu bacaan, mungkin latihan soal berikut ini dapat sedikit menjadi referensi;
BADMINTON
Badminton is an indoor sport that has been
greatest since the end of World War II. It is a sport for two or four players.
The players use long lightweight handled rackets to hit a shuttlecock. A
shuttlecock is usually made of cork and feathers. The court is about 5, 2 meter
wide and 13.4 meter
long for singles, and 1 meter wider for doubles.
In order to score, a player has to serve or put
the shuttlecock into play. A server can score when the opponent lets the
shuttlecock fall to the ground or by a fault. A fault occurs when the opponent,
in an attempt to return the shuttlecock safely, allows it to go into or under
net. To hit the shuttlecock out of the playing area is also a fault. Men win a

Two very important fuel gases are made from
petroleum during the retaining process. They are butane and propane, which are
similar to methane. These gases are sold in small tanks and are used for cigarette
lighters, portable welding torches, and camping stoves. Mixtures of the two
gases are stored under pressure as a liquid. For this reason the mixture is called
liquid petroleum gas or LPG. As it is used a liquid in the tank evaporates and
leaves the tank as gas. The main use of LPG is as a cooking fuel on farms and in
small towns where a central gas making plant would not be practical. Instead of
piping the gas to house where it is to be used, a tank of LPG is connected
directly to the stove. Because LPG is sold in tanks, it is often called tank
gas or bottled gas.
LPG is also used to a small extent to run
automobiles and tractors.
When the fuel tank is empty, it is replaced by

THE DIGESTIVE
SYSTEM
When you are hungry and you have dinner, your mouth waters. This is the first
step in changing the food you eat into the kind of food that cells can use.
This change is called digestion, and it begins in the mouth. Suppose you
are eating sandwich. Your front teeth cut and tear the sandwich. The molar
grind it, Saliva, the juice in the mouth, gets everything moist.
Saliva also contains a type of chemical called
and enzyme. It starts breaking down the starch of the bread into sugar. The moist
ball of the food is carried to the mouth by the tongue. Muscles force the food
to the esophagus. They do their work so well that the food would travel a long
even if the person were doing a headstand.

"Maukah kamu mengunjungi saya?

ReplyDeleteONCE there was a count and he had three daughters. All of them were young and as pretty as peacocks, but the youngest was the loveliest of them all. The count had little money to spend, for he had lost it all by gambling. And so--since he had to spend the time in some way or other--he used to go hunting., One day when he was out hunting he lost his way in a forest, and he could not find his way out of it. Suddenly a big bear rushed out at him, shouting at the top of his voice. He said he would show him the way out of the forest and, besides, he would give him as much gold and silver as he wanted on one condition, and that condition was that the count should give him one of his daughters in marriage. The count was terrified. But after thinking it over for a time, he consented at last. The bear showed him the way out of the forest and gave him everything he had promised, and so the count was pleased.
He spent his time eating and drinking and gambling, till all the money melted away. He never so much as gave a thought to the bear, until one day, when the eldest daughter was marriageable, a carriage came rolling up. The carriage was drawn by a pair of raven-black horses, and in it sat a prince with cheeks of white and red, whose robes blazed with gold. He came and took the eldest daughter and drove off. The countess wept, but the count did not mind a bit, but being short of money, he began hunting again.
One day he lost his way again, and this time an eagle flew down to him and promised to show him the way out of the forest, and to give him heaps of money into the bargain, if he would only give him his second daughter in return. The bargain was made and the eagle fetched away the second daughter, and only the youngest was left at home. Yet even her the count sold, and it was a fish that got her.
So the count and the countess were left alone. They were very sad, but after a time a boy was born to them, and they watched over him like the apple of their eye. When the boy was grown up, he saw that the countess looked sad sometimes, and he gave her no rest till she had told him everything. When he had heard the story, he put his best clothes on, took his sword, mounted his horse, and said good-bye to his parents, telling them that he was going to search for his lost sisters.
So he rode on till he came to the eldest sister. Her he found playing with three little bear cubs, for these were her babies. He met his brother-in-law, who gave him three hairs and told him to rub those hairs with his fingers if he found himself in any difficulty. Then he went to the second sister, and found her with two eaglets and the old eagle, his brother-in-law, as well. The eagle gave him three feathers, saying they would be of help to him in time of need. He thanked the eagle for that and went on his way, and at last he came to his youngest sister. It was not so easy to get to her, for she dwelt under the water, and he had to drop into her house through the chimney. He would have missed the chimney if it hadn't been for the smoke from it: it was bluish smoke, hardly visible. His sister welcomed him heartily and showed him her baby, a pretty little fish, and her husband, a giant fish. The lad got three fish-scales from the husband to use in time of trouble.

ReplyDeleteHe learned that the bear and the eagle were the brothers of the fish. They were sons of a powerful king, but they had been enchanted by an envious magician and turned into these shapes. The sorcerer could take different forms. But the brother must not let that dismay him. He must get hold of a golden egg which was hidden in the sorcerer and throw it on the ground. If he began to grow faint and did not know what to do, he must call one of his brothers-in-law, and he would advise him what to do.
And so it was. The young count attacked the magician, who turned into a bull. But the young count was not afraid: he rubbed the bear's hair; the bear came running up and tore the bull in pieces. But out of the bull flew a wild duck and tried to escape. Then the count thought of the eagle feathers, and immediately the eagle flew up, and he tore the duck to pieces. But a golden egg fell from the duck and it rolled into the pond. But that too was of no avail, for the count rubbed the fish scales, and after a while the fish threw the egg upon the bank. The count caught it and flung it to the ground so that it was smashed into many pieces.
At once all around was changed. The pond turned into a meadow upon which a beautiful castle was shining. The castle was full of servants and the three princes, with their wives and children, were just walking out of it. All were overjoyed to be so happily delivered, and, when they had enough of rejoicing, they started off to find their parents.
Their first journey was to the old count and countess, so that they might enjoy the sight of their children and grandchildren. Afterwards they hastened to the old king. He ordered many cannon to be fired, and prepared a splendid banquet. And he gave the kingdom to his eldest son. The second son went to the land of the count, and it was divided between him and his brother-in-law. And the youngest went to the disenchanted castle. All of them reigned prosperously and wisely in their several realms and, if they haven't died since, they are reigning still.

Kelelawar Yang Pengecut
Di sebuah padang rumput di Afrika, seekor Singa sedang menyantap makanan. Tiba-tiba seekor burung elang terbang rendah dan menyambar makanan kepunyaan Singa. “Kurang ajar” kata singa.
Melihat bangsa burung kalah, sang kelelawar merasa cemas, sehingga ia bergegas menemui sang raja hutan. Kelelawar berkata,”Sebenarnya aku termasuk bangsa tikus, walaupun aku mempunyai sayap.

Or I will kill you” the man said angrily. Although he tried hard to teach, the parrot would not say it. Then the man got so angry and shouted to the bird over and over; “Say Catano or I’ll kill you”. The bird kept not to say the word of Catano.
One day after he had been trying so many times to make the bird say Catano, the man really got very angry. He could not bear it. He picked the parrot and threw it into the chicken house. There were four old chickens for next dinner “You are as stupid as the chickens. Just stay with them” Said the man angrily. Then he continued to humble; “You know, I will cut the chicken for my meal. Next it will be your turn, I will eat you too, stupid parrot”. After that he left the chicken house.
The next day, the man came back to the chicken house. He opened the door and was very surprised. He could not believe what he saw at the chicken house. There were three death chickens on the floor. At the moment, the parrot was standing proudly and screaming at the last old chicken; “Say Catano or I’ll kill you”.

Complication: It explores the conflict in the story. It will show the crisis, rising crisis and climax of the story. In the parrot story, paragraph 2, 3, 4 are describing the complication. Readers will find that the man face a problem of why the parrot can not say Catano. To fix this problem, the man attempted to teach the bird. How hard he tried to teach the bird is the excitement element of the complication.

In the last paragraph of the smartest parrot story, readers see the problem is finished. The parrot could talk the word which the man wanted. The parrot said the word with higher degree than the man taught the word to it. That was the smartest parrot.

It said that the queen would have a baby, and she had to give a Komala necklace to her baby. The queen woke up and she was holding a Komala necklace in her hand. She told her dream to the king, and he was very happy.
Shortly, the queen's dream became reality, she delivered a beautiful baby girl. The king named her, Komala. She grew up as a pretty girl, however, she had a bad attitude because her parents always spoiled her too much.
One day, Komala heard her parents were talking about the turtle in her mother's dream. She thought that the turtle was very interesting animal, so she wanted it as her pet. She insisted to find it, and the king allowed her to look for the animal.
Accompanied with the king's guards, Komala searched the turtle, and finally, she found it in a beach. She shouted to it, "Penyu busuk wait for me", in several times, but the turtle kept swimming. Komala ran after it into the sea, she tried to catch it. Until then she finally drowned and disappeared, and all of her guards could not save her. Now, people call the beach, penyusuk.

ReplyDeleteA Countryman and a Snake
A countryman's son stepped on a snake's tail accidentally. The tail suddenly turned and hit him so that he died. The father was very angry so that he cut off part of the snake’s tail. Then, the snake in revenge stung several of the farmer's cattle. It caused him great loss. However, the farmer decided to stop the fight with the snake. He brought food and honey to the mouth of its lair, and said to it, "Let's forget and forgive. Perhaps you were right to punish my son, and take revenge on my cattle, but surely I was right in trying to revenge him. Now that we are both satisfied, why should not we be friends again?" "No, no," said the snake. "Take away your gifts. You can never forget the death of your son, nor I the loss of my tail. Injuries may be forgiven, but not forgotten.”

Therefore by rehabilitating them, we are actually helping them out of a trap, which they might accidentally step on. They, then, can star a normal life again. On other hand, if we only arrest drug users and send them to jail, it doesn’t solve the problem because the drug users will still be addicts unless being properly treated.

39 Pros and Cons of Curriculum 2013
ReplyDeleteCurriculum 2013 started to be implented on the school academic year 2013/2014. Although it has been officially used but the latest curriculum is still still raising the pros and cons among educational practitioners. Those who support it state that Curriculum 2013 is actually aiming to solidify the lessons so it does not burden the students. As a result, students will focus on the challenges of the future of the nation. So also with the teachers, they are not burdened in the preparation of the Education Unit Level Curriculum.
Further Curriculum 2013 itself is actually not something new. Curriculum 2013 is a combination of two kinds of earlier educational curriculum in Indonesia; CBSA (active student learning) and KTSP (education level curriculum). It is very advategeous as CBSA teaches students to be critical.
Conversely, those who do not agree with Curriculum 2013 state the new curriculum is less focus because it combines the learning subjects. In primary school it combines science subjects with Indonesian. According to them combining two subjects into one material may not be effective as it does not consider teacher’s competences in most of schools in different regions in Indonesia. Some parents also do not aggree with Curriculum 2013 as they still want that English is given to students from primary school. They argue that mastering foreign language need long time and prcess and it is good if statred from earlier. They added that many sources of common knowledges is written in foreign language, especially English.
The reason for the application of Curriculum 2013 also does not have a strong foundation. There is no in-depth study of the causes of the failure of previous curriculum which makes it to be replaced with the new one. Finally the pros and cons are always there. Curriculum 2013 has been already implemented. Will this new curriculum successfully lead education in Indonesia to move forward? We’re all going to see it.
55 2. National Exam, important or impotent?
ReplyDeleteIssue
National exam becomes the hottest topic to be discussed every year. Especially when all educational elements are busy to prepare their students to face national exam. Although the government always carries out the national exam every year, some still debate whether itArgument 1 / supporting point
People, who agree and support the national exam, insist that the Indonesia education drop if there is no national exam. So they try to defend the system.
Argument 2 / contrasting point
However, some people who are against the national exam question the government policy in maintaining the national exam. They explain that the quality of Indonesia education not just depend on the national exam. Further, there are too many fouls appear during the national exam. This indicates that not all schools are ready to hold the national exam.
Recommendation / conclussion
This need to be evaluated by all the educational elements to solve whether the national exam is useful or not. But in fact, the reason that the government still maintains the national exam is that it be able to measure the level of student’s cognitive competence in several subjects, on a national scale. While waiting for the best system for our education.
is necessary to maintain the national exam. Does the quality of Indonesia education depend on it? If there is no national exam, will the Indonesia education become worse or better?
91 3. Learning English through music and songs is Fun
ReplyDeleteLearning English through music and songs can be very enjoyable. You can mix pleasure with learning when you listen to a song and exploit the song as a means to your English progress. Some underlying reason can be drawn to support the idea why we use songs in language learning.
Firstly, the song stuck in my head Phenomenon (the echoing in our minds of the last song we heard after leaving a restaurant, shopping malls, etc) can be both enjoyable and sometimes unnerving. This phenomenon also seems to reinforce the idea that songs work on our short-and-long term memory.
Secondly, songs in general also use simple conversational language, with a lot of repetition, which is just what many learners look for sample text. The fact that they are effective makes them many times more motivating than other text. Although usually simple, some songs can be quite complex syntactically, lexically and poetically, and can be analyzed in the same way as any other literary sample. Furthermore, song can be appropriated by listener for their own purpose. Most pop songs and probably many other types dont have precise people, place or time reference. In addition, songs are relaxing. They provide variety and fun, and encourage harmony within oneself and within one group. Little wonder they are important tools in sustaining culture, religion, patriotism and yeas, even revolution.
Last but not least, there are many learning activities we can do with songs such as studying grammar, practicing selective listening comprehension, translating songs, learning voc4. Where should be after High School?
Thesis
The National examination result will be publicly enounced in next short time. Euphoria will flood for those who get success. In the other hand, It will be sorry to hear that there are some of them do not succeed in their national final examination. For those who succeed soon will think to decide; where will they be after graduating high school? Actually it will be easy to decide for those has been arranged and thought earlier but for those have not planed yet, it will be quite confusing.
Argument 1
Continuing study or looking for work is the primary choice among them. When they think about continuing study, they will think hard about the time and cost. How long the higher study will last? And how high is about the cost. In the same way, when they think about straightly seeking job, what skill and competence they have got is a big matter of questioning. So, doing both choices in the same time is an alternative.
Argument 2
Continuing study as well as seeking job is possibly done but it will be hard for them. Conventionally studying in the university needs much time to spend especially in the first year. It is true because they have to do and adapt a lot of things in their new higher school. it will be very hard to looking for job. Therefore it should come to their mind of continuing studying at higher school from their own home. As result, the available time will be more flexible for them. Then it will be very possible to seek job and get the appropriate one. This type of studying is publicly known as distance learning.
Recommendation
As the alternative method of studying, besides the conventional studying which students and the lecturer have to meet in the fixed time and place regularly, distance learning provides possibility to grow better. Possibly working and studying surely will create high quality graduate. Distance learning should appear as a considerable choice for them.
abulary, spelling and culture. From the elaboration above, it can be concluded that learning through music and songs, learning English can be enjoyable and fun.

125 THESIS : I am sure that you know that smoking harms your body. Then why do you continue smoking? Maybe you do it because you haven’t really become conscious about all the effects that smoking has. There are a lot of reasons why you shouldn’t smoke. Some of them are that smoking affects your health, that you spend a lot of money on cigarettes, and that when you smoke you are not respecting people around you.
ReplyDeleteARGUMENT 1 : The first reason why you shouldn’t smoke is that smoking affects your health. If you smoke, your physical condition will be negatively affected, so it will be very difficult for you to succeed in sports. Also, smoking produces lethal diseases like cancer and reduces the length and quality of your life. Maybe you don’t notice all the physical effects of smoking immediately, but you surely will be sorry one day.
ARGUMENT 2 : The second reason why you shouldn’t smoke is because of all the money that you spend on it. Maybe you start smoking only when someone offers you a cigarette, but there will be a day when you will feel the need of a cigarette. By this time, you will pay whatever to smoke, and each time you will smoke more, so you will spend more money. All the money you would spend on cigars could have be spent in something better, don’t you think?
ARGUMENT 3 : The last reason why you shouldn’t smoke is out of respect for the people around you. When you smoke, you not only harm yourself, but you also harm all the people around you. So you mustn’t be selfish; you should at least avoid smoking in front of people who don’t smoke. Also, many people don’t like the cigarette’s smell, so they won’t enjoy your company. Would you like that?
RECOMMENDATION : I have said just some reasons of why you shouldn’t smoke, so I hope that now those of you who smoke are able to think a little and try to make a smart decision. In addition to all the reasons I’ve said, I would like you to think about how much you love yourself and then whether you want to continue harming yourself. Think also about all the people who love you, like your family who doesn’t want to see you suffering or sick. If you decide to continue smoking, what a pity. But if you decide to stop smoking, congratulations! Remember that "If you can dream it, you can do it.
150 A lot of people, especially teenagers, who do not smoke, always want to try smoking. They know it is bad for them and all, but it is just something they want to try. So they ask one of their smoker friends for a cigarette. Admittedly, they firstly can not light it on their own so they ask his friend to do it. Then they inhale that cigarette and smoke occasionally.
ReplyDeleteApparently that makes them the born smokers. Now they do smoke fairly regularly. They can not avoid smoking and they enjoy too. They have smoker friends. Everyday they bring a pack in their pocket. For them, a pack of cigarette is as important as a wallet for their money.
Suddenly, for certain reason, they realize the fact that tobacco is the cause of a long list of nasty diseases. It is not only heart disease, stroke, and chronic lung disease but also bladder, lung, and pancreatic cancer. Even it was reported that around 400,000 Americans died each year. It was one every 80 seconds from tobacco-related illnesses.
Then they decide it is stupid to harm selves. They want to quit smoking. Unfortunately, they find that quitting smoking is so difficult. “Why can’t I stop smoking? I really want to stop it”. It is hard to quit because nicotine is powerfully addictive. Cigarette is one of the most efficient drug-delivery devices ever devised. As result, when people try to quit smoking, they often experience classic nicotine withdrawal symptoms such as anxiety, irritability, headache, depression, and restlessness.
The Dangers of Smoking for Our Bodies
Nowadays smoking has become a bad habit in our society. This bad habit has changed people’s lifestyles. They become more susceptible to disease and wasteful. Smoking has pervaded in all societies. Almost every age has started to smoke. Even there are toddlers who already smoked and people who have been very old also still smoke. These smokers think that smoking can make them feel happy, relaxed, and comfortable. However, they do not think that smoking is very harmful for the health of themselves and others who are around them. This is because smoking has very bad effect on human health because all substances which are contained in cigarettes are very dangerous. There are so many dangerous substances which are contained in cigarettes such as nicotine, tar, and other toxic materials. Even its smoke could pose serious problems for the health of people around smoker. The following paragraph is some hazardous effect that can be caused from smoking.
Well, still want to try smoke? Think the facts before trying! If you are not smoker, you should never and never try to smoke.

ReplyDeleteHortatory exposition Smoking is a bad habit in our lives”. As we know smoking is one part of the daily activities of the majority of Indonesian society. most smokers know the dangers of smoking but they never tried to stop smoking. Because that, we as the younger generation must be convinced that smoking is bad habits in life. Smoking is a bad habit because of three factors, among others:1. Contain poison substances2. causing diseases such as cancer.3. expensive. The first factor of smoking is bad habit is contain poison substance. we should not consume cigarettes because it is not good for health. I’m sure you know there are many substances in cigarette smoke is dangerous. For the example, nicotine substance.. That substance is very dangerous and can cause various diseases. not only dangerous foSMOKERS SHOULD QUIT SMOKING RIGHT NOW
Getting people addicted to cigarettes is a very easy task but convincing them to quit smoking may be the hardest and most frustrating task yet. The act of smoking kills half a million Americans every year. The sad part is that their deaths are totally preventable. A person’s life can never be sacrificed to the satisfying reliefs a cigarette can provide. The feel good sensation will never be worth it. Some smokers are actually convinced that smoking will help them solve their problems. This is simply not true and in fact, it can create more problems particularly problems concerning the health. There are countless reasons why smokers should quit now but the most important one has to do with their life expectancy.
The smoke emitted from cigarettes contains at least 4,000 different molecules where 43 of which can cause cancer. Lung cancer is the leading cause of death for avid smokers. About 90% of men with lung cancer got this illness from smoking. The same is true for 80% of women with lung cancer. Those are huge percentages when compared to the 10% survival rate of lung cancer. Once a smoker is diagnosed with lung cancer, his/her highest life expectancy would only be at 5 years. Now that’s a big price to pay for smokers who just won’t quit smoking.
Both heavy and casual smokers have higher a risk of having heart diseases compared to non-smokers. About 20% of heart related deaths in America alone are caused by smoking. Every time a person smokes, that person will experience a higher blood pressure and a quicker heart rate than normal. With the high levels of carbon monoxide inhaled, the oxygen levels of the blood will definitely decrease. The harmful toxins can also increase blood clots and will damage the cells lining the vessels and arteries. These will all increase the chances of having heart attacks and strokes.
If smokers won’t quit smoking soon, they can die 13 years earlier than non-smokers. Another consequence of continuous smoking is that it also affects the non-smokers. Most smokers won’t think about the smoke they emit. Innocent children and non-smokers can accidentally inhale these smokes which contains many harmful toxins. If they do so, the same health problems might be experienced as well. Once these innocent people die, they can only blame the selfish smokers. It is a sad fact that most smokers still continue to smoke even though they had already indirectly killed many non-smokers.
r smoker, it is also dangerous for us if we near the smoker. so if there is a smoker near you. Say to him or her for stubbed him/ her cigarette for a moment with good polite.
211 Say NO to Drugs
ReplyDeleteDrugs Is an abbreviation of Narcotic and other dangerous medicines. Besides drugs, another term to call them is NAPZA which stands for Narcotics, Phsycotropica and other addictive substances (hazardous materials). Drugs are very dangerous for us. However, nowadays these drugs have been widely circulated in the community both in urban, rural, and even circulated in law enforcement agencies circle. Many factors lead people to use drugs especially for teenagers. The main factor that causes teens to use drugs is crisis of identity. They are searching for their identity which they have not met yet so that they are easily tempted by drugs. Another factor is family factor. There are so many families who do not pay attention to their children, especially for broken home families. These drug users do not know that drugs can have a negative impact on its users; the following are the adverse effects that could be caused by the drug.
In terms of health, drugs can harm organs in our body. Substances which are contained in the drug can damage brain and kidneys when it is consumed continuously. When viewed in terms of religion, drugs are things that are illicit and should be shunned because drugs can cause a variety of crimes such as thieves, rob, and even kill. Drug users who do not have money to buy it will perform those crime actions to obtain drugs. Moreover Drugs can also harm themselves and others. By using drugs, it means that we have been doing thing which is forbidden in the religion so that we will get sin.
Moreover, for teenagers drugs can ruin their future and jeopardize the future of this nation. Teens who use drugs will feel lazy to learn and have no spirit or desire to live. They will only be seduced by momentary pleasures offered by drug. In addition to, drugs also harm our nation. We can see from data collected by the government that 32 percent of drug users in Indonesia are teenagers. Nearly half of teenagers in Indonesia had been using drugs, whereas they are future generation for this nation. What would happen if the successors of our nation are the generation who are lazy and like to do bad action.
Based on discussion above, we can conclude that drug is thing which is dangerous for its user, other people and nation. Therefore, let us stay away from drugs by saying no to drugs, involving in preventing drug action around us, doing socialization about the dangers of drugs and much more. Because without drugs our lives would be more meaningful while with drugs our life will be full of miserable.
242 Misuse of Drugs
ReplyDeleteA term of drugs is very connected with a compound that gives the effect of addiction for users. Dangers of drugs not only impact on physical but it interferes mental or soul of the drug addicts, hence dealers and drug users must be eradicated.
For the addicts, dangers of drugs do not only emerge physical problems but mental disorder will also appear. Actually these drug psychotropic compounds are commonly used a doctor or hospital to anesthetize patients who want to surgery or as a remedy for a particular disease, but this perception is wrongly defined and use d out of its function and with a dose of that out of the provisions. If it is misused use, dangers of drugs can affect the arrangement of the neurons, resulting addiction and dependence. Moreover, the impact of mental , emotional , spiritual also will appear.
There are many impacts of drug misuse which will appear. The first is physical impact. The body biological adaptation will happen against drug use for long periods of time, especially with drugs which are in a group of downers. Even our body can be changed so much until our body cells and organs become dependent on the drug to be functioned normally. But, if the use of drugs is stopped, it will change all the arrNever Try Drugs
In modern times, the drugs are not something rare. Drugs have spread in almost all corners of the world. Drugs not only known by adults but the teenagers also know it. Because the teens have a great curiosity, surely they want to try to consume them. However, the drugs have an effect that is not good for consumption.
Religion and state prohibits using drugs. In religion, taking drugs and the like are forbidden, and it is already stated in the Quran and for those who violate will receive sanctions from the god in the form sin. While in the country, for those who create, consume, sell, buy, and distribute the drugs can be subject to imprisonment or fines. And it is already governed by state law.
Drugs can be harmful to health if consumed. And consequently no direct effect. Drugs can cause hallucinations, nerve disorders, disrupting the work of the heart, increased blood pressure, lung disorders, and the most vulnerable are that drugs can cause AIDS.
Drugs also can lead to criminality. It is because usually the addicts who wish to have the goods but cannot afford to buy it. So, they commit crimes to get money to buy it.
Therefore, an effective national campaign about the dangers of drugs by all components of the nation must be done, especially teenagers, to keep young people from harm for the progress of nation and does not damage the morale of the nation only because of drugs.

272 Drugs (Hortatory Exposition)
ReplyDeleteDrug has a great effect for human's life. it can be positive but sometimes it gives negative effect to us if we use it out of control. (Thesis)
There are thousands of drugs that help people. It is called medicinal drugs. For example, antibiotics and vaccines have revolutionized the treatment of infection. They can cure, slow, or prevent disease, helping us to lead healthier and happier lives. But in many cases, there are harmful drugs that people take to help them feel good or have a good time which is illegal in many countries because these drugs will destroy human's body and brain. Usually, it is called by recreational drugs.
Nowadays, recreational drugs are used more than medicinal drugs in our society. It is included drugs' usage for teens. They believe that recreational drugs will help them think better, become more popular, stay more active, or become athletes. Most of them think that drugs will help them escape their problems. But as we have known well before that drugs can not solve problems. They simply hide feelings and problems. When a drugs wear off, the feelings and problems remain, or become worse. (Arguments)
With all the consequences of using drugs above, we should give serious consideration before using it. So, we must use it as good as possible as like what the doctors suggest in order we get a positive result than it's negative (we must get medicinal drugs advantages and throw out every recreational drugs from our body). WeImpacts of Drugs Misuse
Drugs which contain compounds that give addictive effects for users are really harmful. At the beginning, people, who misuse it, want to relive their stress by consuming the addictive drugs. They do not think about the dangerous impacts which will appear after they consume it. Teenagers often fall into this problem because their parents probably do not pay enough attention to their children. The impacts of consuming this kind of drugs are not only for the users, but also for their family, and even for our country.
First, the users will have the impact for themselves. They will have brain function disorder and they do not grow normally as other teenagers. Besides, poisoning is the symptoms that arise due to the use of drugs in a lot number, it influences their body and behaviour. If they consume it in an excessive dose, they will get overdose that can cause death by stoppage of respiration or brain blooding. Overdose occurs due to the tolerance so that we need a dose which is greater or for a long time we stop consuming it, then we put up with the former dose in use. Health damage or organ function disorder like liver, heart, pulmonary, the kidney, the endocrine glands, reproduction, and skin diseases will also appear. must match it with our government, religion, and culture rules. ReplyDeleteThe Ant and the Dove
One hot day, an ant was seeking for some water. After walking around for a moment, she came to a spring. To reach the spring, she had to climb up a blade of grass. While making her way up, she slipped and fell unintentionally into the water.
She could have sunk if a dove up a nearby tree had not seen her. Seeing that the ant was in trouble, the dove quickly put off a leaf from a tree and dropped it immediately into the water near the struggling ant. Then the ant moved towards the leaf and climbed up there. Soon it carried her safely to dry ground.
Not long after at that, there was a hunter nearby who was throwing out his net towards the dove, hoping to trap it in this way.
Guessing what he should do, the ant quickly bit him on the heel. Feeling the pain, the hunter dropped his net and the dove flew away quickly from this net.

ReplyDeleteThe Fox and the Grapes
One afternoon there was a fox that was walking through the forest and spotted a bunch of grapes hanging from over a lofty branch. “Just the thing to quench my thirst,” quoted the fox. Taking a few steps backward, the fox jumped but unfortunately he missed the hanging grapes. Again the fox took a few paces backward, ran, and tried to reach them but he still failed.
Finally, giving up, the fox turned up his nose and said, “They’re probably sour anyway,” and proceeded to walk away.

I saw taufik Hidayat, Muhammad Ahsan, Hendra Setiawan, Hayom Rumbaka, Angga Pratama, Rian Agung, Simon Santoso, Sony Dwi Kuncoro and the other Indonesian badminton players in that bus. They were very handsome. Then, we followed that bus to main-entrance. I found that Taufik Hidayat left from the bus. When we wanted to get close to Taufik Hidayat, a security guard held me back. But, I thought that security guard was familiar because He was my old friend when I was senior high school, he was Andre. After that, he let me in, finally i could meet Taufik Hidayat and got his signature.

It was a very happy condition. But it was a pity that Prabu and his queen hadn’t got any children. It made the royal couple very, very sad. Some old men and women who was respected by Prabu suggested the king to adopt a child. But Prabu and the queen didn’t agree. “No, thank you. But for us, our own daughter or son is better than adopted children.”
The queen was very sad. She often cried. That was why Prabu decided to go. He went to the jungle. There he prayed to God. Everyday he begged for a child. His dream came true. A few months later, the queen got pregnant. All people in the kingdom felt happy. They sent many presents to the palace to express their happiness.
Nine months later a princess was born. People sent their presents again as a gift to a little princess. This baby grew as a beautiful teenager then.
Prabu and Queen loved their daughter so much. They gave what ever she wanted. It made Princess a very spoiled girl. When her wish couldn’t be realized, she became very angry. She even said bad things often. A true princess wouldn’t do that. Even though the princess behaved badly, her parents loved her, so did the people in that kingdom.
Day by day, the princess grew more beautiful. No girls could compare with her. In a few days, Princess would be 17 years old. So, people of that kingdom went to palace. They brought many presents for her. Their presents gift were very beautiful. Prabu collected the presents. There were really many presents. Then Prabu stored them in a building. Some times he could take them to give to his people.

The goldsmith worked with all his heart and his ability. He wanted to create the most beautiful necklace in the world because he loved his princess.
The birthday came. People gathered in the palace field. When Prabu and queen appeared, people welcomed them happily. Prabu and his wife waved to their beloved people.
Cheers were louder and louder when the princess appeared with her fabulous pretty face. Everybody admired her beauty. Prabu got up from his chair. A lady gave him a small and glamorous pillow. A wonderful necklace was on it. Prabu took that necklace. “My beloved daughter, today I give this necklace to you. This necklace is a gift from people in this country. They love you so much. They presented it for you to express their happiness, because you have growing to a woman. Please, wear this necklace,” said Prabu.
Princess accepted the necklace. She looked at the necklace in a glance. “I don’t want to accept it! It’s ugly!” shouted the princess. Then she threw the necklace. The beautiful necklace was broken. The gold and jewels were spread out on the floor
Everybody couldn’t say anything. They never thought that their beloved princess would do that cruel thing. Nobody spoke. In their silence people heard the queen crying. Every woman felt sad and began crying too. Then everybody was crying.
Then there was a miracle. Earth was crying. Suddenly, from the under ground, a spring emerged. It made a pool of water. The palace was getting full. Soon the place became a big lake. The lake sank all of the kingdom.
Nowadays the water on that lake is not as full as before. There is only a small lake now. People called the lake “Talaga Warna”. It is mean “Lake of Colour”. It’s located in Puncak, West Java. On a bright day, the lake is full of colour. So beautiful and amazing. These colors come from shadows of forest, plants, flowers, and sky around the lake. But some people said that the colours are from the princess’s necklace, which spreads at the bottom of the lake.
